Petro Genius 4.01 (VAT Compliant)
We are pleased to inform you that the pilot launch of Petro Genius 4.01 (VAT
compliant) has been done.
This new version of Petro Genius is fully equipped and has all those features
which the user had always wanted to.
Some of the feature incorporated are as follows :
1. Multiple receipts against Credit Bills.
2. Multiple Receipts against Credit Statement
Suppose there is a Party X and in 30 days we have raised two statement
of 25,000/- each.
Now Party X pays Rs.30,000/- instead of Rs.50,000/- and asks to adjust
Bill NO.1 full and to
transfer the balance 5,000/- to Bill No. 2 . Now the Bill no.1 stands
settled full and Bill No.2
has an outstanding of Rs. 20,000/- .
3. DIP V/s Actual Stock
Feed in the day dip , define the stock as per dip and the book
stock would be displayed along with dip. Hereafter you will get DIP stock v/s Actual
stock
4. Consolidated Ledger report
This report helps in reducing the size of the Ledgers specially of
Sales. Gives you the
consolidated report.
5. Bank Reconciliation
Helpful in reconciliation of bank account.
6. Interest Calculation
User based, it can be calculated for any ledger for any given
date range
7. VAT
Petro Genius 4.01 is VAT compliant. It helps the user maintain
the VAT and non vat
Account. Lets us take a case wherein there is a dealer of say HPCL
and he deals in Tyres and
Tubes as well in the same firm. Now the Petroleum products could be
non VAT but the Tyres
and Tubes are VAT products. So Petro Genius tracks both the
workings and gives VAT
registers like
a. VAT 07
b. VAT 08
c. VAT 09
8. Sale Register
9. Purchase Register
10. Stock register as per Item Packing type
If you would see the stock report of Oil 5ltr.
and if you have 100 Nos in stock, the it would
show 100Pcs. and 500 Ltrs.
11. Option to define the Credit Limit of a client
12. Credit Sale Amount (Summary) in a specified date range party wise.
13. Testing and Evaporation Total in a date range
14. Outstanding report Credit Bill wise and Credit Statement wise in a specified
date
range.
15. All reports can be sent to TRUE EXCEL format
